We are happy that you are trying to find out, how to order the Albero Vivo products. Please, read the information below! If you have any further question, do not hesitate to contact us via phone or e-mail!

We do not keep furniture on stock, therefore each and every Albero Vivo furniture is produced upon order. The ordering process is very simple.

Step1 Select the product(s) you would like to order and place them in the "basket". Then go to the check-out, by clicking on the little basket icon on the top of the screen, check if the right products are listed, fill in your personal data, accept the general conditions and send the request.

Step2 You will soon receive a confimation letter about receiving your order. That does not mean, that we have already accepted your order and started to produce your product. Before starting the production, you will receive another e-mail to to double check the details of your order. This e-mail we will kindly ask you to confirm. In the same e-mail, we will inform you about the pre-payment that you will have to incurr in order to start the production. (cca. 60% of the value total)

Step3 As soon as we have received your pre-payment, we will start to produce the products that you ordered. At the same time, we will inform you when the product delivery can be expected.

Albero Vivo products are usually delivered between 3-6 weeks from the start of the production.
